How do I register as a wholesale buyer nationwide?
Complete our online wholesale application with your business details — company name, registered address, and your business and resale details. Applications are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Registration is free with no ordering commitment.
How fast is delivery nationwide?
Most orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery nationwide is 24–48 hours. We ship to licensed addresses in all 50 states with discreet packaging and email tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH bank transfers and all major credit and debit cards for wholesale transactions. Bank transfers are dispatched once funds clear, typically within one business day. Returning customers may qualify for net payment terms.

Are your products quality tested?

What is the returns policy for wholesale orders?
If any product arrives damaged, incorrectly picked, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or credit note at no charge.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
All approved wholesale buyers are assigned a dedicated account manager who understands your business and product preferences. Account managers are available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm PT.
How do I reach your support team?
Our support team responds to enquiries within four business hours, Monday to Friday, via the contact page. Existing account holders receive direct account manager contact details.
