Wholesale Terms

These terms govern wholesale purchases from Puff Puff Depot by licensed retailers and dispensaries nationwide.

Eligibility

Wholesale ordering is available only to businesses holding a valid business / resale license and operating in 2018 Farm Bill compliance (hemp-derived, Delta-9 THC <0.3%). We verify your business and resale details before approving any account and reserve the right to decline or suspend accounts that cannot demonstrate a valid business / resale license.

Minimum order & pricing

The minimum wholesale order is $500, which may be combined across any product categories. Pricing is tiered by volume, and quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may update pricing at any time; the price confirmed at order placement applies to that order.

Payment

We accept ACH bank transfer and major credit and debit cards. Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once funds clear. Approved returning accounts may qualify for net payment terms at our discretion.

Compliance

All products are sold for lawful resale by licensed retailers only. Title and compliance responsibility transfer to the buyer on delivery. Buyers are responsible for all retail-level regulatory obligations, including track-and-trace and point-of-sale requirements.
