Damaged or incorrect items
If any product arrives damaged, incorrectly picked, or materially different from its listing description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit note at no charge.
How to file a claim
Email info@puffpuffdepot.com with your order number, the affected products, and photos of any damage. Our team will respond within four business hours, Monday to Friday.
Exclusions
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of correctly fulfilled hemp-derived THC products once delivered. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
